Ms. Dunn would like you to visit the following six sites on-line first as a virtual field trip. For each site, Ms. Dunn would like to see small sketches of some of the visuals from each website in your sketchbooks. Please make sure to label the sketches as to which site they were from.

Research two of the following artists currently showcased at the Reach gallery, using the links below to help you access the site.
1. For each artist you research include information about the artist's life, education, curriculum vitae, etc.
2. Next pick a work done by each artist, draw a version of the work in your sketchbook, then do a laundry list dissection of what you see and make some critical thinking steps in looking at art.
Lastly, Ms. Dunn would like you to ask a few questions about each of the works, as well as a summary of what the artist has created.
IN THE END YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING IN YOUR SKETCHBOOK:
1. 6 site drawings (garden involves more than one artist)
2. 2 drawings of each of the two Reach artists' works
3. 3 questions about EACH of the works of the two artists.
4. A beginning analysis using Feldman's art criticism steps. (1. description, 2. analysis, 3. interpretation, and 4. evaluation)
