ATTENTION: ALL GRADE 12 STUDENTS
PSI Information:
All Grade 12 students need to complete the online Post-Secondary Institutions (PSI) Selections Form at www.bced.gov.bc.ca/exams/tsw/tsw/student/. Even if a student is currently not interested in attending post-secondary, they should still choose to forward their transcript to all BC Electronic PSI’s. The School Board Office receives significant requests in summer for transcripts from students who did not complete the PSI form and have now decided to attend post-secondary.
Grad Council: All of our grads have the opportunity to be a part of Grad Council, which is a 2 credit course. These students are an essential part of ensuring an excellent experience for all of our grads. They coordinate and organize a variety of events and activities for their peers. While we will need to think very creatively this year in particular, we are certain that they will be able to make memories together!
We encourage all of our grade 12s to attend to find out whether they want to be a part of this course.
Parking Passes: The process for our grade 12s to sign up for Parking Passes will start Wednesday September 25th. Until then, all grads can park without penalty in the lot. We will enforce the parking lot expectations once our students have had the opportunity to get their passes. There is no cost attached to the parking pass. For a 2025 Grad parking pass please go to the front office.

School Sanctioned Events: For any events organized and coordinated by the school, plus all District and school policies apply. Any student caught breaching SD23 Drug and Alcohol policy or any other policy while taking part will be dealt with according to District guidelines.
Unsanctioned Events: It is understood that some students choose to participate in unsanctioned events outside of school time that are considered by some as part of the “grad experience”. It is important to know that these events are not endorsed or supported by the school or District and that participation is at students’ own risk. If students participate in unsanctioned activities and return to the OKM campus, breaching District policy, they will be held accountable.
