Your District Google Drive should only be used to store work-related files, documents, pictures, and videos.    

By clicking on this icon, it will bring up your current Google Drive storage usage and identify the largest files that you are currently storing in Drive, Gmail, and Photos.  

Please remove any personal files or older work files that are no longer needed. To learn how to download and/or transfer files to a personal GSuite account, see below.

If you are currently storing large amounts (>100GB), your District Google Drive account could be flagged for further action.  

How to Download or Transfer Your SD23 GSuite Data
