The virtual career and education event is an educational experience all on its own. Students can join from any device or web browser and interact with employers and representatives of educational institutes in live time. Experience OC 2021
Okanagan College will be running a series of online, live lectures from February to June. These lectures will cover a wide array of subject and program areas and are designed to be interactive, informative and will allow time for questions at the end. These lectures will run from 6pm-7pm every Tuesday and Thursday evening, starting on February 23rd. Recordings of these sessions will also be posted on the EOC webpage in case a student cannot attend the live version.
Grade 10-12 students can gain 1-hour per session towards their 30-hr. Grad requirement by filling out a Reflection Sheet.

The City of Kelowna is looking for part-time Skate Patrol and Ticket Seller staff to monitor public skating activities, ensure safety and COVID related regulations at City arenas. You have a courteous, friendly manner with the ability to use good public relations and communications skills along with a strong skating ability. A recognized first aid certificate is essential. The hourly rate is $15.95 per hour plus 14% in lieu of benefits, vacation and statutory holidays. Requirements are:
· First Aid Certificate
· Responsibility/Accountability
· Skating ability
