Dear Coaches,

Thanks for making the Legends Elite Eight part of your 2024-2025 basketball season. We are looking forward to hosting you! Please see below for the teams participating in this year’s tournament:

Enclosed is important information regarding the tournament that each coach should quickly read and be aware of:

COST:

The tournament cost is $450.00. Payment can be made by cheque payable to “All Saints High School” memo: Legends Elite Eight with your school’s name included somewhere on the cheque.

LOCATION:

All games will be played at All Saints High School - 729 Legacy Village Road SE.

GAME INFORMATION:

The tournament is an Oregon draw, 3 games guaranteed.

·      Home teams will wear white or light-coloured uniforms.

·      Home team is on the top bracket of the draw

·      Teams are asked to provide their own warm-up balls for the tournament

PARKING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13TH:

On Friday during school hours (8:30am-3:00pm) please be aware that there will be very limited parking available. There will be NO ACCESS to parking lots until after 3:00 pm. Street parking is available all day (however, still minimal).  

Saturday, all parking lots will be available for tournament parking.

COACHES HOSPITALITY

We will be hosting a coaches and officials hospitality room for the duration of our tournament. It will be in our Sports Medicine Room which is located upstairs and overlooks the gym.

AWARDS

Championship Trophy, Banner and T-shirts will be awarded.

T-shirt for each team’s Tournament MVP will be awarded.

SPECTATORS

Spectators are welcome to attend the tournament. The following prices will be in effect:

Adults Game Pass: $5.00

Adult Tournament Pass: $10.00

Students Game Pass: $2.00

Kids (under 12): FREE

FRIDAY, DECEMBER 13TH – TEAM PHOTOS WITH SANTA!!!

Please have your team enter through our school’s main entrance. The gym can be found immediately upon entry to the right. There will be a tournament host that will greet you. They will be taking you to “the North Pole” for your team photo prior to warm-up of your first game, so please arrive promptly so that we can stay on schedule. See below for team picture schedule:
