Dear Students, 

Welcome to our Father Lacombe High School, the best school in the city! As the Principal of Father Lacombe, I am thrilled that you have chosen to follow the Lacombe Way for your educational journey. 

Our school is committed to providing a nurturing and challenging environment that encourages high expectations and the pursuit of excellence. We strive to develop responsible, lifelong learners who are ready to face the challenges of the future.   

I believe there are four essential pieces that must be present in a school when establishing a culture for learning.  Permeation of Catholicity through all areas of the school acts first as the foundation.  Jesus in Mathew 7:24-27 teaches us that, “Everyone then who hears these words of mine and acts on them will be like a wise man who built his house on rock. The rain fell, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house, but it did not fall, because it had been founded on rock.”  The three pillars that act as stabilizers are the pursuit of excellence, support systems, and relational trust creating a culture for learning for all.
