Please follow the steps below to complete the volunteer orientation. This must be completed each school year.

Read through the Volunteer Orientation slides. Either scroll through the slides or use the icon at the top right-hand corner to pop it out onto a new tab.

Complete the form acknowledging you have read through the slides. Pop out the form to sign here.

Read through, print and sign these documents. You can also obtain a copy from the office to sign if you do not have a printer.
Please come to the school 30 minutes before the field trip to fill out the paperwork if you cannot print at home.
Bring the signed printed copies to the office. If this is the day of the field trip, please come in 30 minutes before the field trip.
