***To encourage parent and student participation in the extracurricular activities of the Thousand Oaks High School Cheerleaders, and to establish a fund from which aforesaid activities may be provided with equipment, materials and financial support that is not available through school funds. To conduct activities and business consistent with the foregoing purposes which are deemed appropriate by the executive board of the organization.***
