My name is Jennifer Sheppard and I am happy to be the Elementary Counselor for Aspen, Ladera, and Sycamore Canyon Elementary School. I grew up in the Conejo Valley and I am excited to be celebrating my 24th year as a school counselor within Conejo Valley Unified School District. I truly enjoy working with students and their families! 

The Elementary Counseling Program aims to teach children essential life skills such as conflict resolution, cooperation, good decision-making, study skills, respect for others, while concurrently building self-esteem through confidential individual and group counseling.  In addition, Elementary School Counselors lend their expertise to parents and teachers in the social emotional growth of students.
