Life Management is a co-taught class. This means that each class period is supported by two amazing teachers: one general education teacher, and one special education teacher. This is a general education class that benefits from the expertise of two knowledgeable teachers who make lessons accessible for ALL students!

Mrs. Carpenter
Mrs. Carpenter co-teaches Period 1 with Ms. Leavitt, but you can also find her in room B3! In her free time, Mrs. Carpenter loves to be outdoors, traveling, and walking her dogs. Discovering new things and learning about others keeps her energized, which is probably why she enjoys Life Management so much! Please feel free to stop by and say “Hi!”

Ms. Jan
Ms. Jan co-teaches Period 4 with Ms. Leavitt! When she's not in Life Management, Ms. Jan supports students in the Autism Specialized Program at Sequoia. Her favorite color is yellow and her favorite fruit is watermelon (but ONLY if it's crunchy!).
