This Privacy Policy explains how Hypernova Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use Funny Filters: Game Challenge. It also outlines your rights and the safeguards in place to protect your data.
By accessing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection and use of information as described below.
The App requests access to your device's camera so that you can use interactive face-filter games and create videos.
The App may use Apple's on-device Vision technology to detect the position and approximate bounds of a face in a camera frame. This processing is used only to place visual effects and game elements correctly.
Camera frames and face-position data are processed on your device.
The App does not use facial recognition to identify who you are.
The App does not create or store biometric face templates.
We do not upload camera frames, face-position data, photos, or recorded videos to our servers.
Recorded videos are stored locally on your device unless you choose to save or share them.
Camera access is optional, but camera-based features will not work if permission is denied.
When you choose to record a video, the App may request microphone access to include your voice or surrounding audio.
Audio is processed as part of the recording on your device. We do not upload your recordings to our servers. Microphone access is optional, but videos may not include audio if permission is denied.
The App may request access to your photo library so that you can save videos or other media you create.
The App accesses the photo library only when needed for a feature you choose to use. Your media remains on your device or in your personal photo library, subject to your device and cloud-photo settings.
We and our service providers may automatically process technical and usage information, including:
App interactions, screens viewed, feature usage, and advertising events;
Device type, operating system, app version, language, and general device settings;
IP address, approximate location derived from an IP address, and network information;
Advertising identifiers, vendor identifiers, app instance identifiers, and attribution identifiers;
Diagnostic information, crash reports, performance information, and error logs; and
Purchase, subscription, and entitlement status.
This information is used to operate the App, understand feature usage, fix errors, measure advertising, prevent fraud, and improve performance.
If you submit feedback in the App, we process the text you provide. Please do not include sensitive personal information in feedback.
Feedback may be transmitted to our analytics service provider so that we can review it and improve the App.
Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
We use RevenueCat to manage subscription offerings, purchase status, restoration, and premium entitlements. RevenueCat may process an app-specific user identifier, purchase and subscription information, and attribution identifiers.
The App does not require you to create an account and does not directly request your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, precise GPS location, or payment-card number.
Depending on the features you use, the App may request:
Camera: to provide interactive camera and face-filter experiences;
Microphone: to record audio when you create a video;
Photo Library: to save media you choose to keep;
Tracking: to allow advertising measurement or personalized advertising, where permitted; and
Notifications: to send alerts if a notification feature is made available and you choose to enable it.
You can deny or revoke permissions at any time in your device's Settings. Some App features may not function without the relevant permission.
The free version of the App displays advertising. We use Google Mobile Ads and may use mediation partners to serve and measure ads. Depending on availability and configuration, these partners may include Google, AppLovin, Pangle/ByteDance, InMobi, Mintegral, Moloco, and Vungle/Liftoff.
Advertising providers may process device identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad interactions, and device or app information to:
Deliver and measure advertisements;
Limit repeated ads;
Detect fraud and security issues;
Generate aggregated reporting; and
Personalize advertising when you have granted permission and applicable law allows it.
On iOS, the App may request permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework before accessing data used to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies. If you deny permission, the App may still show ads, but they may be less personalized. You can change this choice in Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Where required, advertising consent options may also be presented based on your region.
