Login for Service Manager is the same one your use for your mLISD laptop - lastname_ID#
Click on blue Create Request button at the bottom of the screen. Provide as much detail as you can about the problem.
After you submit the ticket, you will receive an email from Rudy Rodriquez with either a solution you can try or a link to schedule a tech support appointment.
Virtual Learner Tech Support appointments are happening at the front office of Vista Ridge, but require an appointment so make sure you get that ticket created to start the process!
Need to get a laptop? It's never too late to participate in mLISD. Make your payment on the mLISD site today. Laptops are generally checked out one school day after the payment is entered into the system. Scholarship applications are available. Email your counselor or AP for more information.
