Dear Vandegrift Families,
Vandegrift High School will administer College Board AP Exams. Please use the resources below to help your student prepare for testing:

COMING MAY 2027 Student Locations – Students should locate their assigned exam tab and search by ID number for location information. They must know their arrival time, location, and seat number at check in
VHS AP Testing Website – All AP testing information in one place
Students do not report to class in the morning
Report directly to your testing site no later than 7:30 AM
Testing begins promptly at 8:00 AM – no late entries allowed
After the exam, students must return to their afternoon classes
Bring a photo ID, fully charged device, charger, and snack/drink
Students attend morning classes as usual
Students will be excused from 2nd/6th period at 11:20 AM to allow time for lunch
Report to the testing site no later than 11:40 AM
Testing begins promptly at 12:00 PM – no late entries allowed
Students do not return to class after the afternoon exam
Bring a photo ID, device, charger, and snack/drink
Follow the morning exam procedure
Bring a sack lunch to the testing site for the break between sessions
The College Board sets the AP schedule, and many students will have two exams in one day
Students must bring their daily device for digital exams
Ensure the Bluebook app is downloaded and working
Students must know their College Board login (email and password)—the secure browser will not store credentials. Students will not be able to test without proper login information- please ensure this information is memorized, The campus cannot look up login information for College Board.
Devices must be fully charged, and students should bring their charger as well
All students must bring a photo ID to enter the testing room
Prohibited items in the testing room: cell phones, ear buds, or smart watches
Any misconduct will result in immediate removal from the testing room and cancellation of exam scores
