Earn up to 5 bonus on your multiple choice exam score

Requirements:

1) A group of at least 3 students

2) Meet for at least two hours off-campus

3) Complete study group extra credit form with parent signature and contact info

4) Email a selfie of your study group to your teacher.

The subject line of the email should be "study group selfie"

Study group extra credit form AND selfie must be received prior to the test to earn extra credit points.
