Suicide Awareness & Prevention
For anyone dealing with a crisis, including anxiety, depression, economic concerns, family conflict, grief, and relationship issues, take action.
If you're in emotional distress or suicidal crisis or concerned about someone who might be, do not hesitate.
Help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You may report abuse or neglect anonymously.
Mental well being is crucial and can't be ignored. Thoughts of suicide can affect anyone, no matter their age, gender, or where they come from. It usually involves a person in the midst of deep suffering, emotional pain, and the belief that nothing will change. But many people in a suicide crisis can and do recover. Suicide is preventable. Thoughts or plans of suicide are signs of serious emotional distress, which can be addressed by seeking help. No one should suffer alone. Preventing suicide is a community effort involving families, friends, co-workers, employers, organizations, and entire communities. Our greatest resource is each other, we can prevent suicide by prioritizing our own mental health. Taking care of ourselves is essential to being able to support others. Remember, you're not alone. If you're thinking about suicide or worried about someone else, please reach out. Skilled counselors are available 24/7 to talk, answer questions, and help you through tough times. Help is just a phone call away!
