Meetings

*Meetings will be held in Sra. Campos's room A1012*

Meeting Attendance Policy: 

All members must attend either the DEN or afterschool meeting each month; otherwise, they will receive an unexcused absence. If you have a conflict and are unable to attend either meeting, please email both Sra. Campos (kris.campos@leanderisd.org) and Caroline Howard (caroline.howard84@k12.leanderisd.org)  with a valid excuse 24 hours before the meeting to receive an excused absence. 

One unexcused absence results in a warning, two unexcused absences results in placement on probation and two extra hours to be turned in when hours are due, and three unexcused absences results in removal from the club. 

2023 - 2024 Meeting Dates:

Meetings generally take place on the third Wednesday of the month, during DEN and after school (3:45pm).
