Ordering cords and stoles are separate from cap and gowns. Your organization sponsor will communicate this ordering process, typically around Spring Break. Students may earn a cord through completing specific requirements in organizations such as AVID, one of the honor societies, IB Diploma Programme, etc.
Only LISD approved cords, stoles, and medals are allowed to be worn at graduation.
Recognition is given to seniors who graduate on the LISD Distinguished with Honors Plan as a Texas Scholar. Texas Scholar Medals will be distributed to seniors at graduation practice.

Have family that cannot make it to town?
LISD will post the live stream link at this website: https://www.leanderisd.org/graduation/ closer to graduation day. It's also where the district will post pictures and video of graduation.
Senioritis can be a very real thing but remember, your attendance still matters! Make sure you're staying on top of your hours and not accruing more as you make it to the finish line.
Attending Prom? Hours must be cleared by April 5th to receive your prom ticket!
Hours v. Truancy
In extenuating circumstances, students may file an Attendance Appeal form to their Assistant Principal. The Appeal form should be a summary of the circumstance and attach any additional documentation, such as doctor notes, as appropriate. The Attendance Appeal Committee will take your form, documentation (be sure to include!), and circumstance into consideration for their decision.

It is a Texas graduation requirement to complete the FAFSA (or the TASFA or sign an opt-out form). To complete this graduation requirement, upload your document to this form. If you are enlisting in the military, or for whatever reason are not filling out the FAFSA/TASFA, you can complete the Opt-Out form.

SAT Scores are ordered through your College Board Account. LISD does not manage College Board login Information. You will have to contact College Board If you do not know your account information.
ACT Scores are ordered through your College Board Account. LISD does not manage ACT login information. You will have to contact ACT If you do not know your account information.
If you can submit your unofficial score report, please access here and save as a PDF to be able to upload/send to any institution.
Dual Credit scores are submitted directly to the Dual Credit office by Mr. Nelson on behalf of students.
The college may accept scores in a sealed envelope, but most will require you to complete a consent/authorization for them to retrieve the scores electronically through the online ACCUPLACER system:
Though very rare that a school would require official, scores be sent, students may request official score reports by completing this LHS TSI Score Report Request Form.
Mid-April, seniors will be notified of any obligations they may have to LISD/LHS. These obligations must be satisfied to be eligible for graduation/your diploma. Obligations include items such as:
Textbooks
mLISD device
Equipment (fine arts, athletics, etc.)
Hours Owed (senior deadline is May 17th!)
Library fees
Be sure you know where all items are by April 202! Hours are posted outside all AP offices and are updated regularly. Hours email notifications have been going out at the end of each grading cycle.
