Did I fail any classes
for the 6-week cycle?
If the answer is No, then the student can continue to participate.
If Yes, go to the next question.
When do I become ineligible?
The failing student becomes ineligible at the end of the school day, 7 days from the day the 6-week cycle ended.
What do I need to do
to become eligible?
The ineligible student must be passing all classes by the end of the 3 weeks (snapshot date) or the 6-week grading cycle.
When would I
be eligible?
If the student is passing all classes on the specified 3-week snapshot date or the end of the 6-week grading period, then the student becomes eligible 7 days after that date.
