Professional  Experience
I have been stepping into my 21 years of teaching as a Special Education teacher in elementary school settings. I have taught in Cypress Fairbanks ISD, Cypress, Texas, for 17 Years. This is my third year in Leander School District.  I have taught students from 1st through 5th grade in the L.I.F.E skills program for 10 years. I have been working with Early Childhood students from 2017 to the present. I also have experience working in the Summer Extended School Year and as a home-bound teacher.

I have certifications in Special Education, Generalist grades (EC-4), and English as a Second Language Supplemental grades (EC-12)

My Family
My husband is also a proud teacher at Leander ISD. We have 3 boys. As a family, we like to travel, watch movies, play indoor games, and attend family get-togethers.
