I grew up in Pasadena, Texas, a suburb of Houston and moved to Austin for college.

My undergraduate degree is from the University of Texas at Austin. Hook 'em Horns! This is my 17th year teaching and I have worn many hats during my time in education. I have taught Special Education, Kindergarten, and Performing Arts. I am so excited to share my life long love of performance with our students!

My husband, Justin, works at our high school, Vista Ridge! We have 2 wonderful children.

When I'm not at school I love being outdoors, camping, hiking, and enjoying our beautiful city!
