WELCOME!!!
We have been highly successful in our AP passing rates in previous years, but it is imperative that you "play the game". AP Statistics is about form, content and interpretation. There is a specific way that College Board expects to see this information and some of those methods may seem cumbersome and repetitive, however, we assure you that what and how we are asking you to display your knowledge in this course is for a specific reason based in our desire for you to earn your college credit (not to just torture you).
With that being said, will be requiring that you listen to the lecture that we have personally prepared for you and take notes, participate in sample problems in class together, complete homework assignments, grade and correct those homework assignments with the posted solution key ahead of class, and be ready to ask questions, lots and lots of questions. I cannot stress enough that completing your homework with integrity and correcting your assignments prior to class is paramount to your success in AP Statistics. This is not your typical math class, so be ready to get a little uncomfortable.
