You will be challenged, and you will read different types of texts. This class will consist of opportunities to learn new strategies and skills that will help you become a better reader and writer. Many tools, including technology, will be used on a daily basis. I look forward to seeing you expand your vocabulary, comprehension, writing and reading abilities.

Materials Needed Everyday:

• A composition book or spiral notebook (1 Subject)

• Pencils and Highlighters

• A folder for loose papers

• Laptop and headphones
