I've been teaching theatre arts at RBMS since January of 2018 and I'm super excited for the new year.
At Running Brushy, I teach four sections of theatre: Sixth grade Intro to Theatre, 7th/8th grade Theatre I, 7th/8th grade Intro to Tech Theatre and 7th/8th grade Advanced Theatre.
This year we will be doing The Heir of Misfortune, an original comedy for our One Act, and Our Town by Thornton Wilder for our spring play.
In RBMS theatre, we welcome and encourage all interested students to audition for productions. My goal as a director and teacher is to grow students as both people and as artists while cultivating kindness on stage and in the classroom.
Our motto is Be Good Company. You'll find that we place a huge emphasis on making connections with the students and working with them to be better people, collaborators, and artists.
