Technology Support

Technology in Art Class

Laptops in Art Class

Students will need to bring their laptop to art class everyday. Students use their laptops to access Google Classroom, to research, to find reference photos, to read art history articles, to follow along with instructional videos and screen-casts made by the teacher, to check grades, and to visit virtual tours of museums.

Google Classroom

Codes are specific for each class period. Only students may enroll in the Google Classroom. Parents, however, can request to participate in the Guardian Email Summaries simply by emailing me, and I will send you a link through Google Classroom. Once you receive the email, all you'll need to do is accept the invite. *Google Classroom Codes for all my classes are located in "Google Classroom Codes", which is located under "Art Class Information" on this website.

Remind

Remind is a communication application that ensures safe and efficient communication between parents, teachers, and students. It allows them to call or text message via cell phones without sharing personal phone numbers. You can read more about Remind on the Leander ISD website:
