Hi y'all! This will be my 19th year teaching 2nd grade at Deer Creek Elementary and my 20th year living in Texas. It is exciting to begin a new school year, and an honor to have the opportunity to teach your child. I believe schools must be a safe haven for students and provide an environment where they learn academic and social skills. When students are able to make positive relationships and take risks in the classroom, they will become more efficient learners. I promise to give my best in helping create a meaningful relationship with your child and a successful school year!
