About Me

Aloha “Surfer” Parents,

My name is Kristi Lerche, and I will be your child’s Kindergarten teacher this year. This will be my second year at Reagan Elementary and I am so excited to be part of this community!

I have an undergraduate degree from The University of Texas at Austin and a master’s degree in education from Concordia University Texas. I taught Pre-K and Kindergarten for eight years before deciding to stay home with my own kiddos. Prior to starting at Reagan Elementary in 2022, I spent the previous five years working as an early childhood aide at local private schools. 

My husband Spencer and I have been married for 23 years. We have two wonderful kids and a dog named Kora. My son, Grayson, is in twelfth grade at Cedar Park High School and my daughter, Greta, is in tenth grade, both at Cedar Park High School.  Our family spends the weekends at the lake and loves to go boating and kayaking. I also love to read, ride my bike, and watch movies with my family. Working in early childhood has always been a passion of mine. I look forward to getting to know you and all your children!
