Joining HMS Cheer

Are you a 6th grader interested in joining Cheer?
Sadly there is no 6th grade cheer class, BUT, if you would like to get a head start, you can learn our Team Chants from the videos on the Chants page, and email Coach Freidell to request a link for our Team Band Dances to learn on your own before the summer camps. 

The Join Process for the 24-25 HMS Cheer Team is already underway. If you missed any of the following mandatory dates, you are not currently eligible to join the team for next year. Please contact Coach Freidell directly with any questions.

Mandatory Dates:

1. February 26th 2024 Parent Meeting 6pm

2. March 8th 2024 Paperwork and Physical Due 

3. March 19-21 4:30-6:30 Evaluations Clinic

4. March 28th Uniform Fittings 4:30-6

5. Team Practices May 9th, 13th and 22nd 4:30-6

6. Summer Camp Dates: July 8th, July 9th, July 10th, July 11th, July 25th
