February - Writing Collection Begins February ______

L.Arts - 1st sample needs to be turned in by ________

- Please turn the writing samples into my mailbox or bring them into my classroom. (ESL Students Only - I do not need samples on the M1/M2 students) Please do not wait until the last day to turn them in.
- Please keep all your class samples until after 2nd week of April.
- I will be collecting the following writing samples from you on each ESL student:
- ONE (1) sample for EACH- Math, Science & Social Studies
- TWO (2) samples from Language Arts teachers - One sample needs to be a past narrative.
- TELPAS READING TEST DATES:
- On March ______ I will be administering the TELPAS Reading test to all ELL's. Please do not penalize them for missing assignments as this is a state-mandated test. Most students take approximately 2 hours to complete test.
