BONAFIDE CLUB MINUTES
Bona Fide Clubs on Campus are clubs that have accounts through our bookkeeper. Please download the template and use it to ensure we are following LISD Guidelines. The secretary of the club should print and keep these minutes, along with the sign in sheet, after each meeting. File all minutes for bookkeeper request.

STUDENT-INTEREST CLUBS
If you do NOT have a club account, please use this sign in sheet for your meeting minutes. All we need is the club information filled out on the top of the document and the attending members to sign in for the meeting. The club secretary should keep and file the sign in sheet after each meeting and turn in upon bookkeeper request.
