Coach Allen graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a degree in Kinesiology. He went on to spend 16 years working with the Anderson High Trojans in Austin, TX. Coach Allen joined the Glenn Grizzlies their opening year. He is a Texas Licensed Athletic Trainer.

Coach Kidd graduated from University of North Dakota with a degree in Athletic Training and from Tennessee Tech University with a Master's degree in Exercise Science. Coach Kidd joined the Glenn Grizzlies their second year. She is a nationally Certified Athletic Trainer and Texas Licensed Athletic Trainer.
