External Professional Development
Please complete the Substitute Coverage Request Form (linked below) to request approval for the two professional development days funded by the Fine Arts Office. While your request is being reviewed, please begin securing substitute coverage.
Once approved, the Fine Arts Office will provide your campus administrative assistant / coordinator with the approval notification and the appropriate Red Rover absence code.
Please note that the Fine Arts Office does not arrange substitute coverage. It is your responsibility to secure a substitute. Depending on your campus procedures, you may either enter the absence yourself and have your administrative assistant update the code later, or work with your administrative assistant to enter the absence after substitute coverage has been secured. Please check with your campus administrative assistant regarding their preferred process.
