Chris Shivers is originally from Griffin, GA. He attended Georgia State University in Atlanta, GA where he majored in Exercise Science. He is entering his 11th year as an Athletic Trainer at Vandegrift HS and his 25th overall. He moved to Austin 6 years ago from Griffin, GA. In 13 years there he worked at Griffin High School (Griffin, GA) Henry County High School, Our Lady of Mercy High School ( Fayetteville, GA), and The Heritage school ( Newnan, GA) as well as one year working for Delta Airlines at Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport doing Rehab on injured employees.
He has been married to his wife Michelle Shivers for 26 years.
