Check Out Policy

Students are allowed to check out 5 books at a time and keep them for 3 weeks. The library circulates books from its general collection for three weeks. 

Morning Library

Students may visit the library between 8:35AM - 9:00AM if they have a pass that has been checked out from Mrs. Robledo.  Show library pass to staff on duty in the cafeteria then report directly to the library.  Morning activities include silent reading, completing homework or classwork, printing and library checkout.

Lunch in the Library

Students can check out lunch passes anytime before the grade level lunch starts - limit 20 per grade level lunch.

Students first report to the cafeteria to pick up their lunch. Then show lunch pass to staff on duty, report to the library then spend the rest of the time in the library.  NO back and forth in and out of the library. Lunch activities include silent reading, completing homework or classwork, printing, playing board games and library checkout.

Lost & Damaged Library Material

Patrons who lose library material shall be charged the replacement cost. Damaged library material charges shall be based on condition of the material.
