Head Coach
Hey Leopards! This will be the second year to be the head coach. I was the assistant coach for eight years before that! The 2025-2026 school year will be my eleventh year teaching seventh grade PACE and GL math, as well as my tenth year working with the cheer squad. I have lived in Cedar Park, Texas since June of 1999. I have five children, all of which attended CPMS and graduated from CPHS. My three oldest sons have all graduated from college and have jobs, while my youngest son currently works for Thermal Fisher. My youngest child, and only daughter, was a cheerleader at both for several years. She will be starting a job at the Kinectory Learning Center (this is a STEM Based Center) for the 2025-2026 school year and she just recently got engaged. I am also excited to announce that I will be a grandmother in November. I can hardly wait for my new grandson to arrive. To share a little bit about myself, while in high school, I actively participated in both band and color guard. In my spare time, I look forward to relaxing with family, working crosswords, and solving jigsaw puzzles. I absolutely love coaching and spending time with all of the CPMS cheerleaders. We are going to have a great year, and I can’t wait to see all of you at cheer camp!
Assistant Coach
Hello Leopards and Families! I am so excited to return for my 2nd year as assistant coach as for the CPMS cheer squad and my 4th year teaching!
Currently, I teach 7th grade Social Studies. Originally from Los Angeles CA, I graduated from CSUF with BA English and from Pepperdine University with MS in Educational Leadership. This will be my 8th year teaching in my career and my 5th year teaching in Texas!
I started dancing at the age of 5 and danced all the way into high school as Captain of our award winning Downey High dance team. I have danced as a character member with Disneyland and with many different productions throughout Southern California including the Laker Girls. First and foremost, I am a wife and a mom of 4 beautiful babies-all are Leander ISD students. Some of my favorite things to do are: traveling with my family, cooking Sunday dinner, working out or yoga classes, and any time I can get with my family.
I look forward to a fantastic year at CPMS!! LETS GO LEOPARDS!!!!
