My name is Amanda Trimble, and I’m excited to be your child’s QUEST teacher this year! I like to say I’m a "homegrown" Leander ISD educator. I attended Leander ISD schools from kindergarten through 12th grade and proudly graduated from Leander High School. After graduation, I attended Texas A&M University, where I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education. Gig 'em, Aggies!

I began my teaching career as a kindergarten teacher in Bryan ISD before returning home to teach kindergarten in Leander ISD. After taking several years off to stay home with my three children, I returned to the classroom and discovered my passion for gifted education.

This school year marks my 19th year in education and my 11th year teaching QUEST at Cox Elementary. I love creating engaging, hands-on learning experiences that encourage creativity, critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving.

My husband, Jeremy, also works for Leander ISD, so our family is deeply connected to this wonderful district. We have three children who keep us busy! Our oldest son, Jackson, recently graduated from Leander High School and will be continuing his academic and baseball career at Concordia University Texas, just down the road. Our daughter, Payton, is a junior at Leander High School, and our youngest, Addison, is excited to begin her freshman year there.
