Hi! I'm Caitlyn Goodfellow-Whitener. I'm so excited to be heading into my 11th year of teaching (10 of them have been at the Ridge!) and get to teach the amazing students we have at VR. I am originally from the Atlanta, Georgia area, and am a 2010 graduate of Roswell High School. In 2014 I graduated from Duquesne University with a BA in History and a BS in Secondary Social Studies. I have taught a variety of classes in my 11 years of teaching from, US History, Government, Psychology, Sociology, Financial Literacy and AP Seminar. I have been teaching and coaching for 11years, ten of those years I have been the Head Swim and Dive Coach at VR. I currently live in Leander with my husband, Jason, our son Archie and our dog Rambo!
