WELCOME!

      Welcome to 3rd grade at CC Mason Elementary.  My name is Claudia Miller and I have been teaching at CC Mason for twenty years.  I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Schreiner University and my Teaching Certification at Le Tourneau University.  I live in Leander with my husband, Mike and we have two children, Sarah and Joel.  Sarah lives in Minnesota with her husband and is working at a hospital as a Physician's Assistant.  Joel is living in Dallas with his wife and is working as a certified flight instructor.   As a family, we spend a lot of our time attending sport events, hiking, chasing after our dog Rosie, and just enjoying the outdoors. 

     I believe that every student should be given every opportunity to learn and that they have fun while they are learning. I also believe that education is a team effort through the partnership of the student, family, and teacher. I feel that it is extremely important for the sake of the students that we all are comfortable with the communication avenues. I have an open door policy, so please feel free to call me, email me, or set up time during my conference to visit.   It is going to be a great year and I am very excited for all of the adventures ahead of us in 3rd grade.
