Greetings!

About Me:

My name is Christie M. Babyak. I am from Cypress, Texas. I attended college at Texas State University with a Major in English and a Minor in Geography. I got my Masters at Lamar University in Counseling and Development I previously taught Language Arts in Aldine ISD before moving to Leander. I was at Leander Middle School for 6 years where I taught Language Arts for four years, served as Testing Coordinator for a year, and moved into a counseling role my last year there before my transition to DMS. This is my 2nd year at DMS. In my free time, I enjoy disc golf, yoga, being outside, softball, playing a RAV Vast tongue drum, reading, writing, singing,  video games, cooking, and spending time with my family.
