Hello! I am the Assistant Principal here at Pleasant Hill Elementary and excited to start this new school year! As a lifelong learner with a passion to improve public education in Texas for all children, I believe each and every child deserves an opportunity to learn and grow into their very best self. 

Previously I have served as Assistant Principal at Monta Jane Akin Elementary for three years, where I lead efforts to build strong professional learning communities and drive Continuous Improvement. 

I started my teaching career in Leander ISD in 2007 as a first grade teacher and continued to teach multiple grades for nine years before serving as the Instructional Coach for five years at Reagan Elementary. 

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time with my four children, Jacob (19), Sarah (15), Etta (11), and Georgia (6), and my husband, Jon. We live in Liberty Hill and have been married since 2005. 

I look forward to getting to know each member of the Pleasant Hill community throughout this school year.
