As we start each year or new cycles in our lives, we tend to make resolutions to achieve our goals. These are milestones that we set out to accomplish in a short period of time: join the gym, start a diet, finish our career, or start our own business.
Here are seven key tips to help you achieve your goals and not perish in the attempt:
1.Set specific goals: Be as specific as possible in what you want to do. Write down your goals in a notebook to help you focus and feel like you are working on something concrete.
2. Measure the desired results: Once you have your list of goals to achieve, define how far you want to go with those goals to accomplish in one year.
3. Organize your priorities: If you have multiple projects in mind, define which ones have priority and on which you will work the most.
4. Set dates: Just as important as knowing where you want to go and what you want to achieve first, defining when you need the results to materialize is a must. In this way, you commit to yourself to meet the deadline. What is not dated may never get done.
5. Split your progress into stages: Think about how each project should progress and define stages where you can stop to observe and review results.
6. Elaborate your action plan: Define each step and action within the stages of your project, considering what and how many things you will need to accomplish.
7. Stop procrastinating and get to work now: As simple as it sounds. Stop saying you'll do it and do it. You've got the plan, and the next thing is to execute it!
“The only limit to the height of your achievements is the reach of your dreams and your willingness to work for them.”– Michelle Obama.
1.Dream big: A great entrepreneur always has big dreams and shares their vision with employees, investors, customers, potential customers, and the world.
2. Persuade with power: The best way to persuade people to get what you want is to be kind, passionate, supportive, and grateful.
3. Give people something to believe in: As an entrepreneur, you too can and should give people something to believe in. In some offices, the core values, mission, strategy, and plan are posted on the walls to see and adopt. How can you give people something to believe in?
4. Embrace fear and be brave anyway: Dr. King was never shy about admitting his fears. He was afraid that his points would not be well received. On the other hand, he was worried about violence breaking out. Many people, especially men, are taught to "have no fear from an early age.

How long have you been part of LSS: I started with the company in 2018, so I will soon be 4 years with the company.
Which has been your greatest achievement at LSS: My greatest accomplishment at LSS is undoubtedly being promoted to Operations Manager last year in March. Secondly, I would say being selected by a client to perform their training in the city of Chicago, Wich has been one of the most fulfilling experiences I have ever had.
What do you like the most about LSS?: What I like most about LSS is their focus on the well-being of their employees, a real focus on providing care and assistance not only in the operational area, but also in the personal area.
One word to describe LSS: Innovative
Hobby: Play Tennis

What would you do if you won the lottery?: If I won the lottery, I would create a foundation to help children in our country to have access to education, for me, education, among other things, is the basis of society.
I left my campsite and hiked south for 3 miles. Then I turned east and hiked for 3 miles. I then turned north and hiked for 3 miles, at that time I found a bear inside my tent eating my food! What color was the bear?
Last teaser answer: The man was bald
