Monica Medrano

Monica Medrano's dream career has always been in teaching. She used to play pretend teacher with her cousins when they were younger, and has always known that is what she wanted to become upon graduating college. Ms. Medrano was raised in Oakland her entire life and graduated from LPS Oakland in 2014.

Soon to be a graduate from UC Santa Cruz, majoring in psychology and minoring in education, Ms. Medrano always knew she wanted to return to her own community. She loves drinking iced coffee, swimming, and spending time with her family. She also loves all things Disney! She is also a fur-mommy to a 3 year old pit bull that she absolutely adores!
