"AIl was outstanding. Relevant and deepened my interaction with it as a leader. Colleague circle times are valuable and helped to connect practice with others facing the same challenges in different states regardless of size. Unique and highly valued learning time, thank you."

"The Summer Gathering has been inspiring and pushed my thinking about how I engage my Leadership Team and my other stakeholder groups in equitable discussions and furthering our mission."

"Attending in person allowed me to build deeper personal with my cohort as well as many new leaders. The expertise in the room is profound and I feel fortunate to learn from them."

" (My major takeaway was) the power of the time spent with colleagues who truly understand your position, your challenges, and your needs. Also, the presenters were amazing and the topics so relevant!"

"The Summer Gathering has met and exceeded my expectations from start to finish."

His most recent book, The Upswing: How America Came Together a Century Ago and How We Can Do It Again (2020), is a widely praised study of broad 20th century American economic, social, political, and cultural trends.
