Dynacorum Change Technologies formalised in 2025, but the partnership began long before that.
For five years, Deirdre Morrison and Gabriella Benkő collaborated on applied neuroscience for organisational development challenges - testing approaches, refining frameworks, and discovering that their complementary expertise created something neither could achieve alone.
The catalyst? The success of our HARI (Human-AI Relational Intelligence) model, and the growing recognition that organisations needed more than ad hoc interventions to navigate the seismic changes facing business.
They needed a systematic, neuroscience-grounded approach to change, delivered by practitioners who genuinely understood both the science and the organisational reality.

Three underpinning concepts:
Dynamic Insights matter more - Real-time, contextualized understanding, at both individual and organisational levels, drives better decisions than static or abstract knowledge.
Enhanced Outcomes follow optimisation for neuroplasticity. If a training isn't aligned with the brain, it has no ROI.
Applied Neuroscience is the toolkit - Not theory for theory's sake, but scientifically validated approaches that create reliable, relatable and sustainable results.
Together, these principles shape every programme we design and deliver.
The name 'dynacorum' blends "dynamic" and "corum" (meaning a unison of voices, and a play on "quorum").
It reflects our philosophy: Increasing awareness of the human brain's capabilities and limitations to optimise choices and enhance outcomes. Against this back-drop, organisational communication becomes multidirectional, fostering critical and creative thinking, leadership skills, participation, and collective intelligence.

With a background spanning communications and creative industries, Deirdre is a regular speaker on the tech circuit. She spearheads Strategy & Innovation at the Institute of Applied and Organisational Neuroscience, where she formalised the practitioner competency frameworks, and is developing an L&D Practice Endorsement Programme to recognise neuroplasticity-optimising practices in the field.

Gabriella’s distinctive strength is turning complexity into clarity. Through calm neutrality, rigorous systems thinking, applied neuroscience, and a deeply human-centred approach, she helps leaders and teams shape culture, scale collaboration, and lead meaningful transformation.
Her career spans engineering, business, and international strategic and management consulting, alongside leading and scaling her own ventures and working closely with international investors, giving her a grounded, insider understanding of executive decision-making. With over three decades of experience supporting leaders and teams across cultures and industries, she co-designs neuroscience-based, agile learning and development initiatives that go beyond insight to drive real behavioural change and strengthen adaptive leadership.
Known for her deep curiosity and integrative approach, Gabriella translates complex organisational challenges into practical, brain-friendly practices that enable people and systems to act with intention and create sustainable impact.
