Part 1: The Form

1. Create a new Google Form.

2. Title it: Hall Pass for (your name)'s Class

3. Create these questions: Name, Time, Date, Destination

4. Destinations are: Office, Nurse, Bathroom, Locker and then click "Add Other"

5. Click on the Responses tab. Open the Sheet.

Part 2: The Doc

Part 3: The Sheet

1. In the Add-ons menu, click Get Add ons

2. Find autoCrat, and install it.

3. Once it's installed, Open or Launch autoCrat.

4. Follow the visual directions below.

Notes: Once autoCrat is set up, do a test run of your Google Form, and press submit.

Go to the Sheet linked to your Form. It takes about 27 seconds, but you'll soon see the link to your finished Hall Pass.
