TEST CORRECTIONS: 

Directions: If you get a grade lower than 70% on a test or quiz, please complete a Test Correction Sheet in order to receive a passing grade of 70%. Test Correction Sheets need to be handwritten and signed by a parent. Fill out the sheet with as much detail and information as you can. Take a picture or scan your completed work and email it to me at alloyd@lcusd.net (ask a parent for help if needed). Corrections are due within 2 weeks of when you received your graded quiz/test.
