Welcome to 4th Grade VLA

2020/2021:

Dear VLA Families, Parents, and Students,

I am genuinely excited to welcome you into my virtual classroom this coming school year! I am thrilled to be returning to the 4th grade, and even more excited to have such an enlarged and wonderful and supportive 4th grade teaching team. Yes, this year 4th grade will encompass teaching styles of all three campuses.

Together we will spend our days virtually learning all we can and reading fun and exciting new books. We will be working closely with Chromebooks, computers, iPads and Google Classroom, so come ready to explore, create and have fun! I have set up a spectacular virtual classroom that I cannot wait to share with each of you.

As we go through the school year together, we are going to become a wonderful class family. It is important that we feel comfortable expressing ourselves, and treating our new family with respect. I will be sure to provide each of you with a nurturing environment- always encouraging you to be, do, and achieve your very best.

I also have a wonderful classroom website that will be updated weekly throughout the school year. On this website, you will be able to print important classroom information, check our calendar for any upcoming events, and see any cool projects that we’ve been working on.

I look forward to our new school year together and can’t wait to begin making 4th Grade memories!
