Hi, I'm Lia a HR and ISO consultant. 

I have over 15 years experience in implementing HR policies and ISO standards for start-ups and SME's. I believe HR and ISO make a good pairing. My passion for continued learning and personal and professional development led me to achieving my CIPD Level 5 HRM diploma in 2022 and I'm currently working towards a Lead Auditor and Lead Implementor qualification for ISO.
