Please note that if transcripts are not requested at least 10 days before they are needed, we cannot guarantee that they will be sent out in time!

If you are completing the Common Application - In the Common App, you will be asked to put in your school counselor and his/her email address. Your counselor will then receive an email to complete an Academic profile on you. This includes uploading your transcript. Therefore, you will not need to request a transcript through the above form.

A final transcript will be sent to colleges in mid-June. In addition, a final transcript will be sent home to all graduating seniors at that time. There is no need to request a final transcript for personal use.
