Cosmetology 19-20 Plan for the future and start your career while you are in high school; walk out with a license to work in a salon. You are the star of your story! The LHS Cosmetology Program is a two-year program (junior and senior years). Cosmetology is a 1,500-hour program. In today’s world, the program is 20% distance learning and 80% in-class learning. Students who complete their high school career-tech cosmetology program and hold a valid State of Ohio Cosmetology License may have the opportunity to earn 30 credit hours towards an Associates of Technical Studies Degree.
