Allison Taylor, SAFE Net Clinical Director

Allison Kojicić, MSW, LICSW

Allison Kojicić is the Clinical Director of the behavioral health programming in Lutheran Community Service Northwest's Greater Puget Sound district. She joined LCSNW in 2020. She has a background in refugee advocacy and immigration aid, community mental health and integrated care models. Allison has a Masters in Social Work from the University of Michigan. She manages the SAFE Net program, focusing on operations and clinical connections between this network's endeavors and other behaviorally-focused programs within the district. When not meeting with the SAFE Net team, Allison can be found rowing on Lake Union or searching for the city's best soft pretzel

Tilda Cvrkel, SAFE Net Clinical Supervisor

Tilda Cvrkel, PhD, MS

Clinical Supervisor

Tilda Cvrkel is a SAFE Net Clinical Supervisor at LCSNW. She focuses on training new and continuing evaluators and helping match psychology doctoral residents with evaluator mentors. Before training as a psychologist, Tilda was a bioethicist working on health, technology, and international law. She is an award-winning teacher, writer, and consultant. Tilda’s first doctorate is in philosophy from UCLA, and she was a professor before moving back to her hometown of Seattle. She is finishing up her second doctorate in clinical psychology, and her research focuses on PTSD, identity-based persecution, and post-traumatic experiences of oppression and stigma. Tilda is currently a psychology resident at University of Washington’s School of Medicine. In her free time, Tilda can often be found in the kitchen working on her varenyky folding technique

Jillian Bentley, SAFE Net Program Coordinator

Jillian Bentley is a SAFE Net Program Coordinator. She is formerly a French and English Language Learner teacher for grades K-12 and an Enrichment teacher at the Magnolia Cooperative Preschool where she currently serves as the Chair of the Board of Directors. Jillian is a stay at home parent to three young children and loves volunteering with new parents and babies through PEPS and Nurture Seattle. In her spare time, Jillian loves doing crossword puzzles, going to the movies, trying new recipes, eating ice cream, being near water, and spending time with friends. She loves all animals, has never not had a dog, and one of her best memories is being surprised by a manatee lifting her up while she was swimming in Florida

Daniel Silvermint, SAFE Net Program Coordinator

Daniel Silvermint, PhD

Daniel Silvermint is a SAFE Net Program Coordinator. He focuses primarily on data analysis, process improvement, case management, and compliance. Before his time with LCSNW, Daniel was a professor of both philosophy and women’s studies at the University of Connecticut. Daniel’s family came to the United States as Soviet refugees in 1980, and he's passionate about refugee advocacy and serving asylum-seeking communities. When he's not working, writing, or making spreadsheets for fun, Daniel can usually be found obeying the whims of an unspeakably entitled labradoodle
